How Long Am I Supposed to Pay the Trustee?

You will make your monthly payments until your plan is complete (36/60 months).

You will make your payments to your Trustee's office. We can arrange for automatic deductions from your paycheck (mandatory in Michigan, unless you get Court approval) or bank account. Please let your Post-Filing Manager know if an automatic payment method will help you.
